FAQ

Can I pay ahead for an item and pick it up later?

- Yes, we accept prepayment via Venmo or card information over the phone, however all sales are final and items must be picked up within a week of purchase. ​

 

Can I pick my item up in a couple of weeks?

- We allow 7 days for delayed pickup at no charge. A storage fee of $5/day is applied to each day the item remains at the store after that initial period.​

 

Do you deliver?

- We do! The delivery fee depends on distance and available help unloading at the destination, but averages at about $50 for trips under 20 minutes driving distance from the store.

Do you provide a discount for cash?

Indeed, we do. If the item is not discounted already, we give you a 6% discount for cash payments.

Can you hold an item for me?

We can hold items for driving time only. Call us to let us know you are on your way and we'll keep it safe :) Otherwise, at least a 25% deposit is required to hold it longer than 30 mins.

Do you ship?

- We are willing to ship smalls (not furniture), however we aren't set for frequent shipping and will charge a handling fee on top of the shipping cost.

 

​Can I return or exchange my purchase?

- All sales are final at Vice. However, depending on the case, we are willing to issue store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. 

 

​Do you buy items?

Do you accept donations?

- We do! We love them actually :)

Are you hiring?

- We are always looking for great additions to our team; if you love the secondhand market and can lift at least 50 lbs we would love to discuss job opportunities!
